The LOJI AGM was held as usual in June, this time in the beautiful garden of our friend Sharon Berg, attended by dozens of Lion of Judah members. Sarale Oren, Chairperson of the fund, summarized the many activities we were able to accomplish during this challenging year of the “Iron Swords” War. The chairpersons of the various committees each reported on the varied activities their committees undertook in the past year.

The 2024 budget was also approved, and new appointments were approved: Dina Lahav was appointed Vice-Chairman of the organization, and Yael Narkiss was appointed Chairperson of the Projects Committee, replacing Rena Genn, who completed a successful 4-year term and was highly regarded by the members.

We were entertained by three talented artists – two opera singers and a pianist- thanks to the “Ronen Foundation”, who sang hopeful songs that suited the mood of the event, held during a time of war for the State of Israel.
