In August we raised a toast for Rosh Hashanah.

The main event was a ceremony for distributing grants to especially worthy women, to enable them to fulfill their dreams. These impressive women were selected by the Grants Committee, under the direction of the chair, Odelia Shpitalni. We were truly inspired by their determination and courage.

We wished each other a Happy New Year. One with much activity and giving, good health and a return to a blessed routine. A year of friendship and sisterhood.

Lion of Judah Israel Chairman Ricky Rosenberg spoke and shared with the members the new plans for the coming year. At the end we were treated to a performance by a wonderful singing trio, which contributed to the festive atmosphere.
