The Annual General Meeting was held in June and was attended by dozens of LOJI members. At the meeting, the chairpersons of the various committees reported on their committees’ activities in the past year. Some of them also changed positions; after they had completed a successful term and received the thanks of the members. The highlight of the gala and emotional event was the changing of the guard between the chairs of the organization. Ricky Rosenberg, who served a full four years stepped own in accordance with LOJI Bylaws. She was replaced Sarah Oren, who had served as vice chair,  was unanimously elected by LOJI members. We enjoyed a humorous performance by Lion Ofira Azrieli, who presented a stand-up show that received loud applause. Also, a specially written song was screened, which was sung by board members of LOJI as- a tribute to Ricky, the outgoing chairman. As is the tradition, Ricky will become the president of LOJI for the next 4 years.
