Lion of Judah Israel is a philanthropic community that organizes special events throughout the year, in a wide variety of fields and topics. In most cases, the events are held in the homes of members, who willingly invite us into their homes, contributing refreshments and a warm atmosphere. We usually meet for a celebratory toast before Rosh Hashanah, a communal and experiential candle lighting at Hanukkah and together celebrate the coming of Passover and the renewal of Spring.
As part of the events, our members meet with participants from the projects that we support and are involved with.
Once a year, an annual conference is held during which the participants enjoy lectures and talks of high-quality and varied content, deepen their connection and friendship, and enjoy pampering and luxurious hospitality in a leading hotel in Israel.
Once every two years we participate in the Lion of Judah International Conference held with our sisters from the North American federations.
The members of Lion of Judah Israel visit our supported projects all over the country, in order to oversee the projects, and to get to know the women and girls who benefit from these programs.
